Welcome!
By making your way to this website I assume that you've taken an interest in the conservation of our world's wildlife. The aim of this website is to further your education on the areas of captive breeding that are not normally discussed. Throughout the website, changes observed in animals in captivity and the overall drawbacks of these programs will be addressed. That's not to say that this is an anti-captive breeding website; rather, the site aims to give its readers the whole picture. After all, no decisions can be made without the whole story. So browse the information provided, and think of what you can do to help out the threatened animals that we share this world with.
If your knowledge on captive breeding is a bit rusty, or if you have no idea what it even is, start your journey with the "Background" tab, or click on the wonderful little button below that has the two birds on it. From there you can just continue left to right through the tabs, or you can click the logo to come back to this page and use the other buttons below to navigate.
